Terms of Service

- Payment will always be split in half (50/50). However, you will send payment to whomever replies.
Mochii accepts CashApp & PayPal
Xia accepts PayPal & CashApp
-Please keep in mind CashApp does NOT have buyer protection.
- Designs will NOT be sent unless we receive payment.
- Art payments are allowed if disclosed on the post. Unless started otherwise, all art payments must be equivalent for both parties. This means one party cannot be offered a headshot while the other is offered a fully rendered scene.
There may be posts where we request different things. If our characters are drawn together this can also count towards art payment.
- Please try to keep in contact with art payments. If you cannot complete it within 3 months (and no prior notice/ghosting) we will put the design(s) back up for sale.
- All designs must be credited to SugaryWitches. Bases will be credited as applicable.
- We do not require designs to stay on Toyhou.se. However, this means that if you do not obtain our designs for Toyhou.se you are responsible for keeping your unwatermarked design (and all other works).
- Edits are allowed: species, sex, hair, details, name, etc. Please keep it recognizable.
- Always feel free to reach out to us in our Toyhou.se DMs, Discord DMs, or FurAffinity notes!
